Had to do some research to get this right, okay here we go:

Got Amira (which by the way is "Princess" in Arabic) pouring coffee from a specialized coffee pot called the dallah (dell-ah) with a modified pony handle (some real-world dallah have handles) into little cups called fenjan.

I would assume Saddle Arabian coffee culture is the same as Saudi Arabia's: Al-qahwah (ka-ha-wuh) is a traditional beverage, being brewed from ground coffee beans and cardamom and served in front of guests. It is poured into the fenjan only to cover the bottom, and is served either at home or in Coffeehouses. It is always offered as compliments of the house. Don't forget it's always served in Arabic culture with dates or candied fruit!

You could liken the brewing and serving of coffee to Japan's Tea customs, a social act of kindness and hospitality.
