In the sixth part of the Hearth's Warming with the Hooves series it is kind of a clearing up of the previous chaos. Using the mini tardis (with some regret) the doctor is sending the parapsrites somewhere else, presumably a very different time and space while Dinky is caring for Derpy who lost her ballance in the previous bubble catching of parasprites from the top of the tree.
Doktor: "And there they go …and so does the tardis."
Dinky: "Mummy are you okay?"
Derpy: "I just don't know what went wrong!"
