The two Twilights seem to be hunched over about the same (SciTwi has more bent knees, but PonyTwi is leaning over more. However, despite the fact that the isometric view means that SciTwi's position further back means that her head would be higher from our view, PonyTwi is still slightly taller than she is.
It's also interesting how different their body proportions are from each other.
