Wow. Where do I start? Well, this piece is outstanding! Simply said. Can you imagine Norman Osborn, the Green Goblin, with the reality-warping powers of Discord, the Spirit of Chaos and Harmony? Can you also imagine Peter Parker, the Amazing Spider-Man, and Twilight Sparkle are the only ones left to stop him? At any rate, yes. That is what's happening here. The scenery is intense, as if the structure of the world and reality is struggling to stay intact. Obviously, this Osborn is based more of his Ultimate counterpart.
