Anyway, story time! Tell a story about a post-climactic curveball. The session's almost done, and then the DM (or someone else, perhaps) drops an unexpected revelation.

Fluttershy: Kind of… cool?
Twilight Sparkle: Yeah. All of the above. I really appreciate you doing that for me. That looked hopeless back there, but you gave me a way out.
PM: Well, I appreciate you helping me with Pinkie Sense! Consider us even. …Not that I need an excuse to save your life or anything!
Twilight Sparkle: Done and done. Best of all, now we can get back to the Taraxippus and recapture it!
PM: Um…
Pinkie Pie: Rrrbrbrbrbrbr!
Twilight Sparkle: …More Pinkie Sense??
PM: Yeah, uh… I don’t think the Taraxippus was really scared by the hydra. Wherever it is, it’s still moving, not stunned.
