Ork Runtherd and FLuttershy as Squig Hound.
RUntherd are known to being more patient than the common orks and also are those which are capable to train greatchins but also other sapient races, such as Humans, T'au, etcetera, so they could be also capable to train colorful equines. Fluttershy is used as a Squig Hound because she can use her Stare to make Gretching do their job.

Base: Averland Sunset (Coat) Emperor's Children (Mane and Tail)
Shade: Casandora Yellow (Coat)
Drybrush: Hexos Palesun (Coat) Fulgrim Pink (Mane and Tail)

I'm quite happy to being able to recreate Fluttershy's color with the stuff i had. I was close to use Flash Git's Yellow as Drybrush then i noticed i bought the Hexos Palesun many years ago and that fluttershy is mostly a pale yellow rather than a bright yellow.

The Ork Runtherd is a kitbashed Ork Nob with some bits from the actual Runtherd, while the FLutter's Armor is just extra bits and some chians from the Imperial Fanatics i had
