Dilly Ruth was always the positive one, 22 years old…She never let the illness get to her. She laughed in a weird way, mostly to differ the illness making her involuntarily laugh from her actually laughing.

Though the illness tends to create irritable if not hostile behavior, she tries her best to remain gentle and polite.
But she often times forget to take her meds, which does lead to hostile behavior such as tipping tables over or thrashing on doctors. She isn't strong enough to do too much damage, but she has given some of her doctors bruises before.

She's friends with Rusted Irene, Looby Shane and Glittering Iris. She's is a bit curious about another patient that Irene seems to assist.

Her cutie mark represents being positive no matter what. hence the addition or positive symbols
Even so though, she does have her sad times, especially when she learned that her digestive system was starting to fail horrendously.
