- Scooter Boomer is the son of Rumble and Scootaloo. Despite his mothers fears that he would take after her, Scooter actually began flying very early, and to her surprise; very well.

- Scooter is a confident young colt, but he is also very obedient; And rarely ever wanders from his mothers side when they are out. His father is one of his idols; And watches every Wonderbolt performance he participates in; Even though he's only in the Reserves, Scooter could never be more proud of his dad.

- When it comes to being around other ponies his age, he is actually quite awkward. He doesnt understand how to make conversation and gets embaressed easily. His words fumble and eventually he just gives up and retreats. The only pony who seems to understand him and his awkwardness is his best friend; Nessie Belle. (Daughter of Button Mash and Sweetie Belle). Seeing as his mother Scootaloo and Nessie's mother Sweetie Belle are part of the friend trio, the CMC's; Scooter has known Nessie literally since he was a newborn.. Nessie was born only a few days after him.

- Scooter wants to get close to his cousin Typhoon Blaze, but he just cant stand his attitude.
