Had a massive artblock so I fought with it by using bases and creating a depressive oc.
He’s duke from Crystal Empire. His duchy is near west side of the Empire. Before Sombra’s attack, his duchy was a nice place to live, with their own spell protecting them from the cold. Elisus had a wife, Rose Glow, but she cheated on him, breaking is heart and his cutie mark. The spell broke, making them an easy target for Sombra, soon after, the entire CE dissappeared. After the saving of CE, most ponies from his duchy left to live in central Empire. Only 5 ponies stayed with him, in the almost frozen land.
