In the first trailer for the Season 9 finale that shows a shot from The Summer Sun Setback, you can see a symbol on the moon that looks remarkably like a head portrait of King Sombra. Though difficult to make out at first, his hair, headgear, horn, eye haze, and even the way he growls can be observed. It is not just fireworks, and even if it was, the choice of shape is something to note.
