It was a sunny afternoon and Flare was going for one of her usual walks downtown when she hears a familiar voice calling her name. The Voice happens to be Sunrise Glare
Sunrise: Hey Flare!
Flare turns to see him in a blackish grey tank top grey pants and blue shoes and he looks like he's hiding something behind his back. She was very surprised as she was not expecting him. Curious she turns around to see what he wants.
Flare: Hi Sunrise. How ya been?
Sunrise: I've been fine. It's just…….well you know.
Flare: People still giving you crap for what you did at the fall formal are they?
Sunrise: Yeah. Anyway I'm glad I caught up with you cause I wanted to give something.
Flare: And what's that?
Sunrise takes his hand from behind his back revealing a bouquet of roses (One of Flare's favorite plants.) He nervously hands them to her and starts to blush leaving Flare surprised and speechless.
Flare (con't): Are these….For me?
Sunrise: Yeah. They are. I know how much you like roses since their your favorite flower and all.
Flare reaches for the bouquet and gently grabs them from Sunrise's hand.
Flare: Oh Sunrise they're beautiful. I love em. But……Why did you get me these? We're not dating anymore.
Sunrise: I know. It's just…..I just wanted to say that…..I'm sorry.
Flare: For what?
Sunrise(Remorseful): For taking advantage of you like that when we were together. Ever since I've been reformed I couldn't stop thinking about how badly I treated you. I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't concentrate on my work, I couldn't do anything! So I thought I'd just give a little something to show that I'm truly sorry for what happened between. And I just hope you'll forgive me.
Flare looks straight into Sunrise's eyes. She can tell by his expression and body language that he meant every word of it. She also notice a couple of tears fell from his face. Flare leans in and give Sunrise a great big hug.
Flare: This was very sweet of you Sunrise. And yes! I do for give you!
After a couple of hours of talking the two say their goodbyes and part ways.
