sproutbetes should imply character:sprout and cute

pipp is small and pipplet seem to mean the same thing (and are also applied to mostly the same images), so they should probably be aliased into one another. I have no opinion on which one should be the primary, though.

pipplet is funnier but pipp is small seems to be used more frequently, not sure which one to keep tbh. I got the other requests though!

ruby splash and fruit pack should be aliased to a single character: tag (I favor character:ruby splash)
happy khaki should be aliased to character:happy khaki
cipher splash should be aliased to character:cipher splash

(I think that's all of the extremely obscure background ponies for today…)
