So, new special. It was alright, way better than Spring Breakdown. However, it does has it fair share of problems.

Here are my thoughts.

Positives:
-Postcrush are actually harmless villains and their 'redemption' (though annoyingly formulaic) is deserved because they aren't trying to rule to world or doing something harmful, they are just resetting the same day again because they wanted their last tour together to be perfect.
-The Dazzlings still being as cruel as they were before. They aren't redeemed and turned into another Starlight, they just begrudgingly accept that they're stuck in the human world with no magic and have to live like normal people, making money by performing at concerts without their gems.

Neutral:
-Pinkie as one of the leads.

Negative:
-Hasbro/DHX problematic release schedule. They released the special as a book last year as The Starswirl Do-Over (which honestly has a better title) and releasing some of the shorts a little earlier than they should have, which can result in some misleading expectations (remember when Spring Breakdown was teased?).
