The ending of the end part 3.

Heaven, Hera and Sparkbolt's plan was not to beat the villains but to get time for our mane six to flee.
But they were defeated too quickly, so Twilight had taken them to the injured Crystal Empire, when the rest were captured.
When our friends and Spike were able to escape they went to the Crystal Empire to met Twilight treating Heaven, Hera and Spark who were still injured by the previous battle.

- Twilight — Thanks Celestia, you are here girls. Come.
- Heaven — Girls, Spike, you could escape! Awesome!
- Applejack — Don't worry about us, sugarcube. Are you all right?
- Hera — Something beaten and hurt but right in the end.
- Sparkbolt — Teachers, Spike, how could all of you get out of there? How do escape from those three?
- Rainbow Dash — Starlight and the others could take us out, but they stay given us time.
- Heaven — I see, we're sorry we weren't helpful there…..
- Rarity — You don't have to feel it, darling.
- Fluttershy — Yes Heaven, you defended us against them and did your best for us.
- Pinkie Pie — We are sooo happy that you three are okay!! :)
- Spike — Totally!!
- Hera — Awwww…
- Sparkbolt — Eh…. ah…. thanks….
- Heaven — You are my friends, i love you all. I would give my life for you.
- Twilight — We understand, but for all of Equestria you shouldn't take so much risk next time!

After having that touching moment where they encouraged Twilight, the girls and Spike decided to go face the villains, leaving Heaven, Hera and Sparkbolt to recover. But obviously they would not remain calm.
And secretly, they went to another place.
