Like countless others, I am who I am today because of MLP, which is why it holds a very special place in my heart.

And even now that the show has concluded, the magic that it brought with it is still very much alive.

I believe that MLP is greater than the sum of its parts. It may have started as simply another cartoon show, but it has since grown into so much more. It's become a fundamental part of who we are, and for that reason, I don't think it'll ever truly disappear.

As to not make this too long, I just want to say, thank you for 9 incredible years. It's been one heck of a ride, and I still look forward to what's to come. For all the amazing stories that were told, the lessons learned, the art drawn, the friends that were made, the inspiration to be something greater, and every tear, frown, grin and laugh along the way…
